Neal holds an assiciate broker's license in GA and AL and specializes in residential sales and commlercial real estate. He holds the Commercial Real Estate Professional Designation and he is a member of National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Troup County Board of Realtors, Georgia Multi-list, and Loop-Net. Mr. Richardson has an extensive professional background of sales and management. He previously worked for twenty-six years with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and Pabst Brewing Company in the corporate office and in Georgia, Alabama, and New Mexico Anheuser Busch distributorships as General Manager. Mr. Richardson is married to Dr. Martha K. Richardson, recently retired principal of Gardner Newman Middle School. The Richardsons are members of LaGrange First United Methodist Church sand active in the community. He is a graduate of McKenzie College in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
