After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in chemistry, Jenny did cancer research for Sloan Kettering in Birmingham, Ala. She also studied piano in Birmingham and later went on to study piano under the famed Zofia Lindstrom in Boston, Ma. After moving to LaGrange, Georgia, she developed an interest in real estate and historic preservation which lead to obtaining a real estate license in 1974 and a Broker's license in 1982. She has practiced real estate for 28 years starting her own company in 1986. Jenny has served as president of The Troup County Board of Realtors and The LaGrange MultiList. In addition to the GRI designation, Jenny received the Phoenix award, the Silver Phoenix award and is a Lifetime Member of The Troup County Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. She strives constantly to provide her clients and customers with the very best skills and highest quality service. Jenny is married to Dr. Robert B. Copeland. Much of Jenny's time away from real estate is devoted to community service. She is past chair of The Downtown Development Authority, past director of the LaGrange Symphony Orchestra, past president of the Troup County Historical Society, a member of Rotary International, and The First Presbyterian Church. She also serves as a director of SunTrust Bank and DASH for LaGrange.
